At butterflybedding.co.ke we are committed to delivering the very best of online shopping experiences. However, in case we sent you the wrong item, a damaged item, or even in the case you changed your mind, we would be happy to accept returns.


Most products returned WITH RECEIPT within 7 days of purchase, in “as new” ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER’S CONDITION & UN-OPENED PACKAGING will qualify for a refund/exchange. Any refunds issued will be processed using the original method of payment.

We proudly stand behind our products for quality and workmanship, but for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on any product that we believe has been washed, used, or altered in any way. For public health and safety, as well as hygienic reasons there are NO returns or exchanges offered on Pillows or Duvets.

Returning Merchandise Purchased Online:

Merchandise purchased online can also be returned to any one of the two following locations:

  •  Spinners and spinners Ltd – Factory (Ruiru)
  • Spinners and spinners Ltd – Corporate Office (Nakumatt Ukay center, 3rd Floor, Westlands, Nairobi)

Please note: You MUST present your order confirmation with your merchandise when doing a store refund or exchange.  Without the order confirmation, no refund or exchange is possible.

Please remember the items must be in original condition and which excludes anything washed or worn. Shipping Charges, if any, are not refunded unless approved by customer service before going to the store.
